Ingredients

  • 2 cups soaked and boiled white matar


  • 2 nos chop onion


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp chana kala masala


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/2 tsp redchilli


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 6 nos for tikki: boiled potato


  • 1 tsp salt as taste


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 1 cups for stuffing : boiled chana dal


  • 1 tsp salt as taste


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp chat masala..as taste


  • 2 cups oil..for shallow frying


  • 2 tsp for dressing:imli sauce,tomato sauce or green chatni

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil ,then oil heat add garlic and ginger saute add onion saute then addall masala and matar mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then take a boiled allo peel and mashed then add salt add cornflour mix and make a smooth aloo batter.
  • Take a bowl add stuffing ingredients mix well.
  • Take a nonstick pan add oil for shallow frying take a aloo batter then flat in your hand stuufing for dal and seal properly.
  • Then make a tikki fry in both sides.
