Take a pan add oil ,then oil heat add garlic and ginger saute add onion saute then addall masala and matar mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Then take a boiled allo peel and mashed then add salt add cornflour mix and make a smooth aloo batter.
Take a bowl add stuffing ingredients mix well.
Take a nonstick pan add oil for shallow frying take a aloo batter then flat in your hand stuufing for dal and seal properly.
Then make a tikki fry in both sides.
